Luscious Low Carb Lasagna

Serves 4

Per serve:



  1. Oven 180C.
  2. Heat oil in a large frying pan. Cook onion and garlic for a few minutes over medium heat until onion is transparent.
  3. Add mince, tomatoes, mushrooms, tomato sauce, oregano, salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Line a lightly oiled baking dish with one layer of Power Wraps. Top with half of the meat mixture, then half of the grated cheese. Repeat with another layer of Power Wraps, then the remaining half of the meat and finally the cheese.
  5. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown.
