Sage & Goats Feta Frittata

Serves 4

Per serve:



  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Lightly whisk together the eggs, cream and black pepper.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan and gently fry the sage leaves over medium heat for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. Pour egg mixture into a lightly oiled quiche dish, sprinkle with sage, feta and parmesan.
  5. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
  6. The frittata may "puff" up whilst it is cooking, but will shrink back once it is removed from the oven.
