Olive & Bacon Meatballs
- Each serve contains 2.5g carbs and 32g protein.
- 500g lamb mince
- 100g split green olives, finely chopped
- 100g bacon, finely chopped
- 50g onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Using 1 tablespoon of mixture, shape into meatballs.
- Grill under medium heat for around 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
