Mouth-Watering Gluten Free Lasagne

Serves 4

Per serve:



  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Heat oil in a large saucepan. Add onion and garlic and cook fir 5 mins.
  3. Add mince, mushrooms, tomatoes, tomato paste, stock powder, salt and pepper. Simmer for 30-35 minutes, or until most of the liquid has been absorbed (stir occasionally).
  4. Prepare the cheese sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat. Add rice flour. Stir with a wooden spoon. Cook over medium heat for 1 minute, stiring continuously. Remove from heat. Add the milk gradually, and stir until smooth. Return to heat and stir until boiling. Reduce heat and stir for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add cheese. Stir to melt. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place a thin layer of meat sauce over the bottom of an oiled baking dish. Add a layer of GF Wraps (placing the cut edge into the corners). Repeat until you have three layers of both meat and GF wraps. Cover top layer with the cheese sauce. Sprinkle with remaining cup of grated tasty cheese
  6. Bake in oven for 30 minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown.
