Salmon & Three Cheese Tart

Serves 6

Per serve:



  1. Preheat oven to 180C. Grease quiche dish lightly with oil.
  2. Lightly brown the onion in a frying pan.
  3. In a large bowl combine the ricotta and eggs. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Add onion, feta, salmon and black pepper. Pour into quiche dish.
  5. Sprinkle with parmesan, then arrange tomato on top.
  6. Bake for around 30-40 minutes until centre is firm to the touch.
