- Grams of carbohydrate - 3
- Grams of protein - 10
- 6 large leaves of lettuce
- 100g bacon, fat trimmed
- 2 tablespoons whole egg mayonnaise
- 100g tomato, chopped
- salt & pepper to taste
- Cook bacon and blot excess fat.
- Coat inside of lettuce leaves with mayonnaise.
- Top with bacon, tomato and a little salt & pepper.
- Roll up and enjoy!
