Creamy Asparagus & Broccoli Soup

Serves 2

Per serve:



  1. Melt butter in a saucepan, add onion, broccoli and asparagus. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Add crumbled stock cubes and 2 cups of water, bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Add cream and puree until smooth.
  4. Serve sprinkled with chives.
