Warming Beef Soup

Serves 4

Per serve:



  1. Cook beef mince, drain and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan and saute all vegetables for 15 minutes.
  3. Add crumbled stock cubes, chilli powder, 2 cups of water and drained mince.
  4. Cover and simmer for approximately five minutes.
