Layered Garden Salad

Serves 4

Per serve:



  1. Cook peas, drain well and cool.
  2. Place layers of lettuce, peas, avocado and cucumber in straight sided salad bowl.
  3. Make the dressing by mixing the cream, sour cream, mayonnaise and mustard together. Pour over top of salad and chill.
  4. Cook bacon in a frying pan until crisp. Drain well and cool. Sprinkle over salad to serve.
