Tuna Salad

Serves 2

Per serve:



  1. Steam asparagus.
  2. Arrange lettuce leaves around the outer edge of a serving platter.
  3. Combine tuna, celery and 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and place into the centre of platter.
  4. Arrange asparagus on top of tuna and drizzle with combined dressing (mayonnaise, yoghurt, remaining lemon juice and basil).
