Buttery Balsamic Mushrooms
- Grams of carbohydrate - 3
- Grams of protein - 0
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 400g mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Italian herbs
- Heat butter in a large frying pan, add the mushrooms, balsamic vinegar and Italian herbs.
- Cook over a moderate heat for 15-20 minutes.
