Spinach & Feta Tart

Serves 6

Per serve:



  1. Preheat oven to 180C. Grease quiche dish lightly with olive oil
  2. In a fry pan, lightly brown onion and bacon. Add spinach and stir to combine.
  3. In a large bowl combine feta, ricotta, eggs and black pepper. Add the spinach, onion and bacon mixture. Stir until combined.
  4. Pour into prepared quiche dish and bake for around 30-40 minutes until cooked, and top has started to brown.
