Eggs & Cheese Recipes
Green Eggs & Ham
- Grams of carbohydrate - 6
- Grams of protein - 40
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 250g broccoli, chopped
- 150g ham, chopped
- 100g onion, finely diced
- 4 free range eggs
- 100g shredded parmesan cheese
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan.
- Add broccoli, ham and onion and cook for around 10 minutes over medium heat.
- Add eggs, and stir until eggs are cooked.
- Serve garnished with parmesan cheese.
