Thai Chicken Burgers

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Heat a little oil in a non stick fry pan. Cook heaped tablespoons of the mixture for 10-15 minutes over medium heat until done.

Tasty Tip:

This is great served with the Simple Asian Salad and topped with Low Carb Tzatziki
