Asian Chicken Lettuce Cups

Serves 2

Per serve:



  1. Heat olive oil and sesame oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes or until chicken is browned.
  2. Add soy sauce, fish sauce, spring onions and carrots. Cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
  3. Stir through coriander.
  4. Spoon into lettuce leaves and serve.
