Thai Chicken & Basil

Serves 4

Per serve:



  1. Heat oil in a frying pan, add the chicken strips, mushrooms and zucchini and cook over a moderate heat for 5 minutes.
  2. Add basil and cook, stirring for another 4-5 minutes.
  3. Add the Tabasco sauce, fish sauce and tomato sauce.
  4. Stir through and serve.
