Chicken Stroganoff

Serves 2

Per serve:



  1. Heat butter in a large frying pan, add mushrooms, onions and garlic. Brown on low heat until onion is caramelised. Remove from pan and set aside.
  2. In the same pan add the chicken strips, browning lightly.
  3. Add water, stock cube, sour cream and mustard powder to the pan and continue cooking over low heat until chicken is done and sauce has reduced and thickened.
  4. Add mushroom mixture. Stir well and heat through.
