Greek Lemon Pepper Fish

Method:

  1. Combine garlic, oil, lemon juice, pepper, salt and oregano in a medium bowl.
  2. Add fish and toss to combine.
  3. Marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Place onto a foil lined grill tray and cook under a preheated grill for 5-10 minutes, turning once during cooking time, until fish is cooked through.
