- Grams of carbohydrate - 2
- Grams of protein - 40
- 500g premium beef mince
- 100g onion, finely diced
- 4 free range eggs
- 100g cheese, cut into 12 cubes
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Mix together mince, onion, eggs and spices.
- Form into 12 balls, each ball covering 1 cheese cube.
- Cook in a small amount of olive oil in a non stick fry pan.
