Beef Skewers

Per serve:

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Cut steak into cubes. Place in a large bowl.
  2. Combine all remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour over meat and toss gently.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  5. Loosely thread meat onto skewers.
  6. Grill, turning often, for 7-10 minutes, basting with marinade occasionally. Serve.
