Easy Crock-Pot Chilli

Serves 4

Per serve:



  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan; add mince, capsicum, tomato and garlic. Stir until meat is browned.
  2. Add tomato sauce, paprika, salt and chilli powder.
  3. Pour mixture into crock-pot and cook on high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Serve hot, garnished with a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of cheese.

Tasty Tip:

This freezes really well, so is great to take to work or school to heat up for lunch.
