Stir Fry Satay Chicken

Serves 4

Per serve:



  1. Heat oil in a large fry pan or wok. Add chicken and brown over high heat until all sides are sealed. Set aside.
  2. Place broccoli, cauliflower and mushrooms in pan, stir fry over high heat until cooked but still quite crisp.
  3. Add chicken and baby spinach, stirring until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Add LC Satay Sauce, cook for another 2 minutes and serve.
