Satay Chicken Skewers

Serves 2

Per serve:



  1. Thread alternating pieces of chicken, zucchini, capsicum and mushrooms onto skewers.
  2. Using a pastry brush, brush Empower Foods LC Satay Sauce over the skewers and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Grill, turning often, for 10 -20 minutes until chicken is cooked.
