Lamb Satay

Serves 2

Per serve:



  1. Heat oil in a large fry pan or wok. Add lamb and brown over high heat until all sides are sealed. Set aside.
  2. Place broccoli and eggplant in the pan and stir fry over high heat until cooked.
  3. Add lamb and bean shoots, stirring until the lamb is cooked through.
  4. Add Empower Foods LC Satay Sauce, stir through and serve.
