Method:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan or wok.
  2. Stir fry beans, snow peas, capsicum for 5 minutes over high heat.
  3. Add broccoli and mushrooms and stir fry for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add bean shoots and stir through until just wilted.
  5. Stir through LC Sweet & Sour Sauce and serve.
