Lamb, Lemon & Bay Leaf Kebabs

Serves 4

Per serve:



  1. Cut the meat into bite sized pieces. Place in a shallow dish with the bay leaves.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the lamb. Combine, cover and refrigerate for several hours, or overnight.
  3. Thread the lamb onto skewers.
  4. Cook over a medium heat on a barbeque or frying pan for 7-10 minutes, turning once or twice and basting with the marinade.
