Fish with Ginger, Spring Onion & Sesame

Serves 2

Per serve:



  1. Bring water to boil in the base of a steamer.
  2. Place broccoli in the steamer and steam for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Place a plate on top of the broccoli, and place the fish on this plate.
  4. Arrange spring onion and ginger on top of the fish.
  5. Pour over the lemon juice and the sesame oil.
  6. Cover with the lid and steam for 3-5 minutes until the fish is just cooked through.
  7. Combine soy sauce, red wine vinegar and Splenda in a small saucepan and bring to the boil.
  8. Place fish and broccoli on serving plates.
  9. Pour sauce over the fish, season with black pepper and serve.
