Steak Dianne

Serves 1

Per serve:



  1. Hammer out the steak to 5mm thick.
  2. Rub the steak very lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat half of the butter in a frying pan. When the butter is sizzling, drop in the steak.
  4. Turn steak over after 40-60 seconds.
  5. Add the remaining butter. Sprinkle with parsley, garlic and Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Cook for no more than 1 minute.
  7. Turn onto a hot plate and drizzle sauce over the steak.
  8. Serve immediately.
