Olive & Bacon Meatballs

Serves 4

Per serve:
Each serve contains 2.5g carbs and 32g protein.

Ingredients:
500g lamb mince
100g split green olives, finely chopped
100g bacon, finely chopped
50g onion, finely chopped
1 egg
1 teaspoon dried oregano

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Using 1 tablespoon of mixture, shape into meatballs.
  3. Grill under medium heat for around 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
